Refunds

RAVESUITS does not offer any refunds for any purchase. Instead, we do offer size exchanges (SUITS ONLY) within 30 days of delivery (see below). 

Store Credit Exchange (SUITS ONLY)

Thank you for shopping with us. While we hope that you will love your purchase, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your fit of your suit, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed suit within 10 days of the delivery date for RAVESUITS store credit. 

Suit exchanges will be processed as a RAVESUITS gift card that has no expiration and can be transferred at anytime. This means you can choose any style in the store that you wish when you are ready. 

To cover the cost of shipping and restocking a $4.99 exchange fee will be deducted from the gift card issued. This fee is per return, not item.  Any item returned to us damaged will be returned to customer upon receiving and is ineligible for store credit or exchange. 

CUSTOM SUITS or SWAG (i.e. BEACH TOWELS, FLOPPY HATS, PHONE CASES) or items purchased ON SALE or [OVERSTOCK!] are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• All sale and discounted items, accessories, and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached to be approved for store credit gift card.
• Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• Please note: Any original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns.
  

If your order (or part of) is eligible for an exchange for store credit, please use our Exchange Portal for further instructions.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a RAVESUITS gift card will automatically sent to your email address on file. Gift cards issued are ready to be used immediately.  For any reason, you are rejected, we will return the item back to you within a few days.

Sale items

All sale and discounted items, accessories, and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. 

Chargebacks

RAVESUITS will pursue and prosecute any and all fraudulent chargebacks against us with our in house attorneys. Plaintiff will be responsible for the total price of the order but also all the services and fees provided by our attorneys.
